Previously named Future 40, the Real Deals Midmarket Future Leaders aims to acknowledge rising stars in private equity who, on the record of their achievements in the previous year, represent the future of the industry.
In recognition of the increasing prominence and importance of all steps in the private equity deal chain, we've decided to broaden the scope of this listing from solely focusing on individuals involved in successful exits.
New for this year, these awards are now open to professionals from the whole ecosystem of PE, from origination, value creation, exits, and indeed to the fundraising that pays for it all.
